No, the back must be the same as our POLLAST!C mailers - this simplifies production and allows us to produce smaller runs.

Can I have a different colour/size?

At this stage, we have to keep things as simple as possible and this means limiting colors and sizes to what we already make in our own BPCo range.

Can I print multiple colors?

We have to stick to the color combinations in our own BPCo range i.e. black printing on the lighter colour (sand) bags, white printing on the black bags.

Will any adjustments be made to my artwork?

Artwork submitted is received as final proof. Please ensure you're happy with your brand image quality and product placement.

Will the bag color match what I see on screen?

Bag color may vary from what you see on your screen due to differences across screens and browsers. We've done our best to display a true likeness.

As your order is being printed alongside others in a single production run, we cannot supply pre-production samples. Ordering one of our sample packs will provide examples of print quality.

Will I get exactly the number of pieces I ordered?

We sometimes will have shortages/overages on your order.In case of a shortage, we will issue a refund. In case of an overage, you can opt to purchase additional stock at the time of your order dispatch. You will have the opportunity to purchase at a later date as we will hold that stock in our warehouse for a period of time, however a local delivery fee will apply.

What format do my graphics/logo need to be?

Please upload your graphics/logo as a high resolution PNG (at least 300x300 px at the size you want it printed). It must be single-colour (ie. white for a black mailer and black for a sand mailer) and have a transparent background.
